How to hide a message from your page

Last updated September 3, 2026

Approving and publishing are one step by default, and you can separate them afterwards.

On the Supporters screen, each row has an option to hide the message. The support stays approved, the amount stays in your total and on your goal, and the message comes off your wall.

When you would

  • Somebody wrote something you would rather not have sitting on your page.
  • A message names another person who did not ask to be named.
  • Something reads differently a week later than it did on the night.

Doing it at approval time

The Pending screen has the same thing as a third button, so you can count the money and keep the message off without a second visit.

Unhiding

The same control puts it back.

Rejecting instead

Rejecting is different and is about the money rather than the words: it says the payment did not arrive. It takes the amount off your goal. If the money is there and only the message is a problem, hide it.

Messages Kulhad flags

Kulhad checks incoming messages against a list of abusive words in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and marks anything that matches. A flagged message is still yours to approve or reject; nothing is deleted for you.
