How to set a thank you image or video

Settings lets you upload one image or one short video that a supporter sees on the last screen of the pay flow, right after they say they have paid.

What to put there

Something that could only be from you. A photo of the thing they helped buy. A ten second clip of you saying thank you in your own voice. A drawing.

A stock image of a coffee cup is worse than nothing.

The written note

Beside the upload is a short note, up to 280 characters, that shows on the same screen. Use it to say what happens next: when you check your bank, when their message will go up.

File types

Images as JPEG, PNG or WebP. Video as MP4. Keep the video short and small; it is loaded on a phone that has just finished a payment, often on mobile data.

Who sees it

Only somebody who has just gone through the pay flow on your page. It is not on your public page and it is not on the wall.

Removing it

The Remove button. The last screen then shows the note alone, or nothing, and neither looks broken.
