Use the method you signed up with

An account made with Google is opened with Google. An account made with an email link is opened with a new email link. They are not interchangeable, even with the same address.

Check the address itself

name@gmail.com and name@googlemail.com are the same inbox and two different accounts here. Whichever you typed on the day is the one that works.

The email link

• Look in spam.
• Ask for a new one. Links are single use and expire, so an old one in the inbox will not work.
• Open it on the same device and browser you asked for it from.

If the link opens and sends you straight back to the login screen

Your browser is blocking cookies for kulhad.co. That is usually a privacy setting or an extension. Allow cookies for this site and try again, or use a private window with the blocker off.

If you have lost the email address itself

There is no way round this from your side, and Kulhad cannot hand an account to somebody who cannot prove they own the address on it. Write in from any address with your page name and as much as you can tell us about the account.

What is happening to your page meanwhile

Nothing. It stays up and keeps taking support. What stops is your ability to approve, so claims sit in Pending and are cleared after seven days.
